Well, My name is Brian Powers, and I made this. Hope you enjoy.

CONTENTS:
      Talking Heads (folder)
      Talkingheads  (Theme file)
      THreadme      (this)
      TH sys        (folder)

DIRECTIONS:
Just put the Talking Heads Folder and theme into the
C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\ directory. Also, there are
startup and shut down screens in TH sys, so you can look
in that folder for instructions there. That's all there
is to it.

Requiers : Windows 95 plus package
